on the contrary, it happens naturally almost without us realizing it.

Don’t think that meditation is only for a few, because meditation is a natural state of being, and all of us, without exception, have experienced it.

To make things easier, we can say that the contemporary use of the word meditation is parallel to the meaning of the term contemplation.
A pure, simple contemplation where we simply observe our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.
internal and external, without judgment and with no intention of changing them.

It’s simple observation, just like when we were children and stood still, staring in amazement, admiring something completely new.Meditation is easy.Meditation – Heart of Light – Part IScope: The Heart of Light meditation is combined with the technique of internal visualization (something widely used in qigong), and has two main aims.

The first objective is to unblock feelings stuck in the center of the chest and in the heart.
With perseverance and wisdom, the practitioner will learn to identify and recycle their less positive feelings, thus giving them a powerful tool and the confidence to work on and heal their most “hidden” parts.
In this way, the practitioner will unblock their channels, dissolve old and unnecessary feelings, thus creating space for inspiration and love.

The second aim of the practice is to bring us closer (or closer again, depending on the practitioner) to the feeling of love.
Feeling love is inherent in all of us, but days or even years can go by without this majestic feeling visiting our hearts.
Many people think that the feeling of love only visits us at certain times.
The truth is that we are perfectly capable of deliberately creating this feeling.
There is no reason to feel love.

Love simply is, and it is very abundant in the heart.

While the brain is the center of thought, the heart is the center of feeling (second brain).

RevenueSitting or lying down, with your eyes closed, take 3 to 5 slow, deep breaths to calm your mind. While you do this, mentally repeat, calm, relax, release, care, heal.
The choice of word is not fixed, let yourself be in the moment and you will naturally find the words that make the most sense.

After this brief relaxation, transfer your attention to the center of your chest (avoid resting your attention precisely on the center of your heart, as this could accelerate your heart rate).
In the center of your chest, visualize a center of white light, or the sun radiating light and illuminating your interior, illuminating your feelings (all kinds of feelings that may arise), illuminating your thoughts and illuminating the dark parts of your being.

The challenge: Keeping your mind and attention fixed on one point is virtually impossible.
Many times you will dissipate and travel in your thoughts and feelings, you will stop mentally seeing the center of light in your chest and think of other things.
When you realize that your mind has dissipated from your center, don’t worry or get angry, simply smile and in a natural way return to your new center of radiant light.

The Practice: Practice daily or weekly for between 5 and 30 minutes.
Practicing just 5 minutes a day is better than not practicing at all.
If you practice lying down, make sure you have a blanket nearby so you can fall asleep and cool down your body temperature.
If you practice sitting or standing, you need to find the best posture. It’s vital that your back is always straight and that you find a balance between your tailbone and skull.
You can sit on a chair (but not on the back of the chair) or directly on the floor with your legs crossed or on a cushion.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and that you reach a point of balance physically.
More on the position to adopt and how to achieve your state of balance depends on each individual and can be improved and practiced in class.

The CureThe feeling of love is often hidden or buried beneath many other not-so-positive feelings such as resentment and hurt.
As in all healing processes, what needs to be healed by your heart will come out, tears may flow, old feelings that you have hidden inside you will have to come out and be consciously recognized.
Be strong, have the courage to recognize these feelings and illuminate them with the light of your heart, slowly learn to forgive yourself and others, you will see that with time and dedication you will become lighter, happier, smiling and much more powerful.

["post-1526","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
