And in particular the practice of Zhan Zhuang, the standing position like a tree, occupies a very important place in my daily practice, at least 30 minutes twice a day. It’s a way of diving deeper into myself, of exploring my inner self and unlocking a potential that perhaps I haven’t yet fully tapped into.

When I started this journey, my goals were quite clear. I wanted to increase my energy levels, unblock the meridians and strengthen my body. Despite knowing this practice well, it still took me a while to make it a consistent routine, with ups and downs over the years. At first, I confess, it was a challenge. Being still for so long requires great discipline, patience and endurance, but at the same time, this apparent simplicity began to reveal a depth that surprised me.

With each passing day, I felt my body responding. It became stronger, more stable, and I was able to stay in position with less effort. But the most profound impact was internal. I began to perceive a serenity that went far beyond momentary relaxation. It was as if a true calm was emerging, shaping the way I interacted with others and myself. I began to listen to people more attentively, to be more present, and to feel an emotional control that had previously been more fleeting. Small habits that no longer served my well-being began to disappear almost naturally.

At the same time, my energy has changed. Before, I was aware of the heat and density of the Qi, but now I feel something different: an intense, almost palpable heat, especially in my hands. This warmth allows me to work with the energy more clearly, both in myself and in my students. It’s an incredible feeling to realize that, through practice, I can open their energy centers and help them feel something they may never have felt before – their own energy.

Another fascinating aspect of this practice was the connection with my Upper Dantian (third eye). It’s as if I’ve begun to feel the presence of my Buddha-consciousness, something that was more distant before. I still can’t fully emerge into that dimension, but the feeling of closeness is inspiring and motivates me to continue.

Zhan Zhuang’s practice has also begun to be reflected in my teaching. I’ve been encouraging more of my students to try this standing position, and the results are visible. Many report that they feel stronger, both physically and emotionally. I see in them a growing resilience and a renewed ability to connect with their inner power.

For those just starting out, my advice is simple: take your time. Start with just two or three minutes a day. It’s enough to feel the body, align the joints and start allowing the energy to flow. Over time, these few minutes can naturally grow into longer sessions as your body and mind adapt.

Zhan Zhuang is a profoundly transformative practice. It’s not just a position; it’s a portal to a state of balance and harmony that goes far beyond the physical. With each session, I feel like I’m touching something bigger, something essential. And that’s what inspires me to continue – and to share this practice with others.

[1

post-1767","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sem-categoria
["GET
