This is a private, one-to-one program, guided live, designed to help you regulate your nervous system through movement, breathing and embodied awareness.

What you will learn?

You will learn how to:

  • Prepare your body and joints safely;

  • Recognise and release unnecessary tension;

  • Reconnect with natural, unforced breathing;

  • Coordinate breath and movement to calm the nervous system;

  • Practise the Eight Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) as an embodied sequence;

  • Develop stability through short standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang)

  • Regulate emotional states through the body;

  • Build a simple, sustainable daily routine.

The goal is not to do more but to do less, with more clarity and consistency

A Note on Autonomy.

This program is designed to be complete in itself.
Some students choose to continue with occasional integration sessions, but the goal is autonomy.
