The fusion of traditional Qigong with modern science legitimizes and strengthens the practice to harmonize the body, breath and mind, improve mobility and mindfulness.

Lessons last 60 minutes and run from Monday to Saturday.
You can choose between 2 or 4 times a week, online or in person (Parque Bensaúde).

Traditional qigong works through “sets” of static and dynamic exercises, transformation and harmonization techniques.Whether you’ve been practicing for a few years or are just starting out, you’ll learn and practice:
